Well lets see, I started cosplaying back in 2005 with my first convention Kumoricon. I dressed up as Edward from Cowboy Bebop and ever since that day. I’ve been creating bigger and more elaborate cosplays, winning my first award for my Berserker Paine in 2007. (Best in show :Jiraiya’s new Jutsu(kumoricon 2007 and novice adult costume) After winning I just fell even more in love with cosplay.
Because cosplaying to me, is an art form. For I create things with hands, and learn new techniques with every costume and with that it just excites me. But I think what got me caught up with cosplaying is, it brought me closer to my family.
When I start a new costume, my parents are there to support me and even help me, so that I achieve the look I want.
